Last Winter we had the privilege of shooting Elisabete and Nelson, the photographers behind Memories Photography & Lifestyle, and we got to spend a afternoon talking about our lives and our business! It's always an honor to shoot a fellow photographer, and we always feel so special by doing so.
Inspired Gatherings VII
We've been designing flowers for the last 14 years and although some people think we are just a photography studio, styling and floral design are two of the services we offer our clients since the first day we were in business.
Of course we have two separate teams: one that does film photography and another one that styles and designs florals for weddings and other events! One of the questions we are asked many time over the years, is if we work together all the time! I would be lying if I told know that we don't love to work together on weddings and other events, however is completely possible to just hire our photography services, or just our floral design services!
Anyway, one of the perks of own a floral design studio with film photograper inhouse, is that everything you design is always photographed, like these flowers we are sharing today! A few leftovers from another project turned into centerpieces that hopefully can inspire you!
Mary and Gianluca Adovasio, the founders of Ostuni Workshop, invited us to be part of this year's edition of the workshop! For those who don't know the concept, Ostuni Workshop is a gathering for wedding photographers who want to increase their fame, differentiate themselves from their competitors and acquire more customers all over the world. Their main purpose is sharing... sharing your experiences, your beliefs, your passion! Exciting right?
We are super excited to be part of this year's edition of Ostuni Workshop, where we will talk a little more about how we manage to keep inspire after 14 years working in the wedding industry, how we deal with the changes we see happening over the years, how we deal with the struggles of being an entrepreneur, and especially your own boss! But we will also talk about the beauty of shooting film and how it's a massive part of our process! We will be as honest and clear as we possibly can, we think that is the beauty of these gatherings, were you can put your guard down and just share!
One to One by Brancoprata II
Before we sign off for the weekend, here's a few images of a One to One we did with Passionate Photography last year! Ricardo and Sandra travelled from the South of Portugal to meet us and we had a wonderful day together, talking about our craft, our dreams and workflow! André didn't had a lot of time to shot during the exercise we created forPassionate Photography, however we tought about sharing some images! Wouldn't it be fun to have a bride in a dark jumpsuite, for a city wedding?
Maternity Session in France
It's always so rewarding when you have a client flying you over to do their maternity session! Celine and Sylvain where kind enough to show us the city they live in, and it was the perfect setting for their maternity session last year in beautiful France!
