Editorial work Angle of Reflection.

I like to think that everything we learn in life (good or bad) has a reason of being! Many times people feel surprised when I tell them I studied Mathematics for 5 years and usually their reaction is really funny: “What a waste of time!”

However during my time in University, I’ve learn so much more than Theorems and proofs… numbers and mathematical operations! I’ve learn that when you set your mind on a goal and you work hard for it, good things will happen! Of course, looking back it’s funny how all the technical things I learned, have a huge impact on my daily life and the work I create!

The editorial we are sharing today is a good example of how we can bring Mathematics into editorial work! For this particular inspiration we were inspired by the Law of Reflection, ie the behavior of the light as it reflects follows a predictable law! The law of reflection states that when a ray of light reflects off a surface, the angle of incidence is equal to the angle of reflection. (Got to love Mathematics, right?)
