Creative direction and styling for a workshop

Today we are sharing a fun project we were part of. We did creative direction and styling for a workshop planned by Vanessa & Ivo Films  at the stunning Aqueduto Eventos.

Firstly let me start by saying, we didn’t had a lot of time to design and plan this editorial. However, and as always, we tried our best to create something that made us all proud.

Secondly, the vibe of the venue and it’s surroundings were our main inspiration and it was so easy to create around it. Cristina from Aqueduto Eventos helped forage the greenery from their own gardens. And with that, we were able to play with a lot of Fall authentic textures.

Thirdly and most importantly, we felt inspired by the modern and sleek architecture of Aqueduto Eventos. And because of that we wanted to take advantage of the interior space, that is why we designed an indoors ceremony.

For this particular project we wrote a small story about a bride day dreaming with her Autumn wedding and the couple’s love for Nature and long walks.

Above all, we strongly believe that when doing creative direction and styling for a workshop it’s important to think about the overall experience of the attendees. We see them as our own guests in the scenery we are creating. They need to feel the space beyond a place to held a workshop, we need to lead them right into the middle of the story we are telling. Introduce them the main characters. And above all, allow their creativity to go wild.
