Floral design for an intimate family event

Today we are sharing a bit more of our floral design for an intimate family event.

We’ve been working with this couple for a long time (ever since they were married) and it’s always such a joy to be part of important days in their lives.

They chose Auge Porto at Porto Palácio Hotel for their event and we couldn’t be happier. Auge is one of our favourites places in Porto, it’s actually where we did our engagement dinner party with our own family, so I think that says it all. The view of the city is quite impressive, especially at sunset and the food is quite exquisite. On their own words:

“Auge is synonymous with plenitude. It is the culmination of a journey with so much to discover in the aromas, flavours, colours, shapes, texture and the expression of a rare and precious art of surprising.”

For this flower design we opted for a very lush combination of flowers in white and blush pink, bege and a hint of soft greenery. Giving the room a very fresh and even feminine vibe, but at the same time keeping everything consistent with the interior design of the restaurant.

Don’t forget that flowers can create a big impact on your wedding day and other major events, but always keep in mind the importance of reducing your ecological footprint when choosing and buying flowers.

There are plenty of eco-friendly options for the environmentally conscious, that can still create a big visual impact.
