Winter city wedding in the heart of Washington DC

Today on our journal we are featuring a Winter city wedding in the heart of Washington DC.

This was actually the only wedding we worked on in 2020, everything else was postponed. So you can only imagine how today’s post is so dear to our hearts.

A year ago we traveled to freezing Washington DC to work, with the fabulous team at Evoke Design & Creative, at Rachel and Noah’s wedding. A day filled with emotional moments, heartfelt smiles, hugs and people getting together to celebrate love…

Little did we knew back then, that things would get so crazy, and the world would forever change!

Rachel and Noah’s day started really early, getting ready at The Hay Adams Hotel together with their bridal party. They later went to Lafayette Square for their first look and then off to St. Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral for their ceremony.

Cocktails, dinner and dancing were at The Hay Adams Hotel‘s rooftop with an impressive view of the city.
